  • Assess individual fitness needs and goals, and develop a plan accordingly.
  • Effectively design and deliver personalized nutrition and physical fitness training programs.
  • Be energetic, motivate, and always encourage her clients to reach their fitness goals.
  • Provide a fully equipped weight training facility with cardio, cables, free-weights, fitness balls, and much more.
